Join the Calgary Ostomy Society for our FREE Ostomy & J-Pouch Virtual Support Group to find community and understanding! We’ll provide valuable resources, advice, and support to help you through your journey.

Whether you are a new patient or veteran ostomate, you can find support here! Attendees can connect with others who have gone through similar experiences and find emotional support. We will discuss essential factors in managing an ostomy, such as diet, hydration and appliances.

This is a virtual meeting via Zoom. There will also be a Zoom breakout group for j-pouchers, depending on attendance.
