President’s Message March 2020
Hello Friends,
It’s hard to believe that March is just around the corner.
Our upcoming quarterly meeting on March 11 will be on the topic of Ostomy Skin Care.
Thank you to everyone who participated in and donated to our Christmas Action and potluck. We hit a new record for fund raising. Thanks to your efforts and Craig Bean of CB Medical’s cash match, we raised approximately $8,000. These funds will go towards sending kids to Ostomy Youth Camp.
Upcoming Support Group meetings will be held on Tuesday, April 14 and Tuesday, May 12 at 7:00 pm at Wellspring on Home Road NW. This group is open to anyone who needs support in a smaller group setting. Friends and family are welcome as well.
We are looking for a volunteer to help with our visiting program. If you are interested in becoming a visitor, please contact us. Plans for another FOWC pack have been confirmed for March 24, 2020, and we are in need of volunteers to help with that as well.
