Step Up For Ostomy Event 2023 Day Volunteers

Calgary Ostomy is looking for volunteers to assist at the Step Up For Ostomy event that will be taking place on Saturday, September 16, 2023. The hall opens at 9 am, and closes at 3 pm.
We will need help with general duties, mainly before and after the walk, such as:
- Set up at 9 am (refreshments, tables, signage, etc.)
- Lunch at 12 pm (serve lunch)
- Take down at 1:30 pm (clean up, garbage, pack tables, etc.)
- Awareness Walk Leader(s) needed for 11 am
- Poster Distribution pre-event – Hang in your local stores, etc. (Please email Tiffany your mailing address and how many copies you want.)
