Do you have an ostomy or j-pouch? You are not alone! The Ostomy & J-Pouch Support Group is a virtual Zoom meeting to provide you with an excellent opportunity to relieve some tension, find validation and get connected! Hear from others with an ileostomy, colostomy, urostomy or j-pouch of all ages with whom you can truly relate. Spouses and support persons are welcome to attend.

We will discuss various topics that affect both ostomy & j-pouch, including diet, nutrition, hydration, and mental wellness. There will be a breakout room for ostomates & j-pouchers to allow for a more in-depth discussion regarding issues that differ from an ostomy to a j-pouch, including ostomy appliances and j-pouch function.
